Moore & Moore in 2004! 

     We hope everyone is happy, healthy and keeping warm!  A lot has been going on the past few months… in September 2003 we received the award for International Entertainer of the Year and Country Duo of the Year at the Airplay International Awards in Nashville.  Our agency, Third Coast Talent, won Talent Agency of the Year!    

     We performed at the Frank Brown Songwriter’s Festival in Perdido Key, Florida in November, along with Scott Nienhaus, Terry Jones Rogers and Michael Curtis (from the Byrds).  We had a great time!  After that, we headed to Biloxi, MS to perform at the President’s Casino with Porter Wagoner, George Lindsey & Jeannie Seely!  Then, we headed back to Nashville to perform with Bill Anderson on Ernest Tubb’s Midnite Jamboree! 

     We have a new single that is being sent to radio stations across the country and overseas.  The song, “I Love It When A Man Does That”, is part of the new compilation CD entitled “Nashville’s Best”.  The CD showcases other independent artists, including a new release from Holly Dunn!

     We will also be included on the Shut Eye Records’ compilation CD entitled “This is Alt.Country #2”.  The song, “There’s Enough Of Me To Go Around” (with Shawn Camp) was selected to be included on the CD that will be distributed to radio and retail stores.  We will also have some available through the fan club. 

     We plan to head back to the studio this year to begin working on our fourth album.  Hopefully, it will be available by 2005!  There are also plans to remanufacture our very first CD album (“Moore & Moore”), for those of you who don’t have it.  At this time, that album is only available in Europe.

     Speaking of Europe… We’ll return to Europe in July!  We have been asked to perform in Norway.  We’ll update you on the venues…Just keep checking out the tour page on our website!

     We will once again be participating in Bowling For Miracles!  It will take place on March 6 & 7, and March 13 & 14 at Pla-Mor Lanes in Nashville to benefit Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.  Please join us!   

     If you’ll be in the sunshine state in April, we’ll be at the Florida Sunshine Opry in Eustis, FL on April 3^rd.  In May, we’ll be performing in Billings, Montana with Loretta Lynn, The Hager Twins & Jeannie Seely.

     Our fan club party plans are underway!  The party is set for Thursday, June 10^th at the Ramada Inn/Airport Spence Lane in Nashville.  Join us for a buffet dinner, a performance with our band, Fan Club Member of the Year and Decade Awards, a special guest, surprises and LOTS OF FUN!  The party starts at 6pm.  Tickets are only $25 and are available through the fan club for fan club members and their guests.  Just write to our mother, Vivian, who is president of the fan club, and ask for information about the 7^th Annual Moore & Moore Fan Club Party!  Of course, the party takes place during Fan Fair week (June 10-13, CMA Music Festival), so, we will have a booth at the convention center in Nashville.  Please stop by and visit.  Better yet, come party with us!
