Banana Cream Pie ] Cherry Fluff ] Montana "Moose" Peanut Butter Pie ] Meatball Pasta ] Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Salsa ] [ Crab Quiche ]


Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crab meat (canned or lump)
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup milk
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, mayonnaise, flour and milk until
blended. Stir in crab, cheese and onion. Spread into pie shell.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes
out clean.
