Happy Anniversary!

Believe it or not, this newsletter marks the 20th anniversary of the Moore & Moore Fan Club! That’s really hard to believe! Where have all the years gone? We’re thankful for our dedicated fan club members for always being there. Your support and friendship is what keeps us going! Here’s to another 20 years!

The CMA Music Festival (Fan Fair) was once again a record-breaking success. Our fan club party was one of the best ever. We had it outside at McDougal’s Village Coop in Nashville. The weather was perfect and the entertainment was fantastic! Of course, our own Moore & Moore and their band performed, but we also had very special guests including Billy Yates, Hee-Haw’s Hager Twins, Justin David, Michelle Spaziano and Brent Moyer! "Find Me A Man Like Goober"!

Moore & Moore will be filming their new video this month! The plan was to do a video for “Mistake Child”, and that is still planned for the future, but after getting the “thumbs-up” from George “Goober” Lindsey himself to participate, “Find Me A Man Like Goober” went to the top of the list! There will also be some very special guest cameos. Production begins soon, so we’ll fill you in on all the details and let you know the progress! I plan to

be in Nashville (and the surrounding area) for the video shoot, and then I’ll be joining Debbie & Carrie for their performance in Pigeon Forge, TN on September 29th. Moore & Moore will be performing at the Country Tonite Theater (Nashville Legends Show) with country legends, Little Jimmy Dickens, Bill Anderson, Jim Ed Brown, Helen Cornelius and Jean Shepard. Moore & Moore will be going back to Denmark in the fall of 2007! This time, they will be part of the “Country Caravan” tour. They had a great time performing all over Denmark in March of this year and are looking forward to another successful tour!

A Note From Moore & Moore

We had a blast at the fan club party this year! The weather was perfect, and we really enjoyed seeing everyone again. Thanks to our fellow performers that stopped by to entertain everyone. It meant a lot to us, and we know it did to you too! Thanks to Brien Coffey for sending the photo CD from the party. You may see some of those photos up on the website soon! (If anyone has photos of our Fan Club Member Award winners, please send them to us, and we’ll get them in the next newsletter. For some reason, we didn’t get any copies!) Mark your calendars for next year’s party - Thursday, June 7, 2007!

Also, thanks to our loyal fan club members and friends for your hard work and dedication. Without you, Fan Fair wouldn’t be the same. (You know who you are!)

We are really looking forward to shooting the “Find Me A Man Like Goober” video this month! Our producer, Randal Reed (Desert West Productions) found the perfect “Goober” gas station! It will take a while to get everything together, but we hope to have it out by early 2007.

We’ll be performing with Tommy Cash & The Cash Crew on October 21st in Sparta, Ohio. We had a great time with them in April and we know we’ll have fun again in October!

We plan to head south again in November for the Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival and perform with duo, “Morrison-Williams” (Shayne & Clint). Some of you may remember Shayne Morrison from the group “Perfect Stranger” (“You Have The Right To Remain Silent”). We’re looking forward to working together, and of course, it‘s always nice to be on the Gulf Shores in November!

We’ll be attending a couple conventions representing Third Coast Talent in the next few months - Nashville in October and Las Vegas in December. So, as always, we’re keeping busy with the agency!

Mom is celebrating her 75th birthday on October 29th! We’ll probably do some celebrating in Pigeon Forge this month, but Mom may be on the beach for her actual birthday! We love our sweet mother and fan club president. Happy 75th Mom, and many “moore”!
